This modern 1,000-square-foot one-bedroom suite features two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, offering both comfort and style. The spacious bedroom includes a king-size bed, while the living area offers a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. Step onto the balcony—accessible from both the bedroom and living room—to enjoy bay views with a partial ocean backdrop.

Recently refreshed, the suite boasts fresh paint, refurbished interiors, new stainless-steel appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, LG Smart TVs, and fully renovated floors, countertops and more.

Guests enjoy all-inclusive access to Fontainebleau’s premier amenities, including resort and residential pools, a private beach, fitness center, two daily spa passes, and more.

Please note:
Valet parking is available at a daily rate ranging from $55-70 plus tax.
Housekeeping is provided by the resort and is available every day or every other day at a rate of $95 per cleaning. Additionally, there is a housekeeping fee of $205 upon check out, plus any applicable taxes.

The host was great and assisted us at every turn. Nice from with a comfortable king bed. I would stay there again but would make sure to bring snacks and buy waters/ alcohol before I arrived 4 single pour drinks for 125… Also there is 20% service charge built into purchase and then staff make sure you are well aware that the 20% is shared with the staff and that any extra would go directly to them.

Great apartment for families. Full kitchen and washer and dryer and two bathrooms. Gio is an excellent host. Access to all the amenities of Fontainbleu at a fraction of the cost of booking through the hotel. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location!

This 1 bedroom was a great stay for us over spring break! The Fontainblue property was a perfect location with so much to enjoy! The pools, the restaurants, the beach service, the rental bikes & even the LIV nightclub! We made breakfast in our kitchen every morning & ate all other meals out! The only thing I do suggest is a few coffee cups be added! Thanks for being great hosts!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Gio's unit located in Tresor tower. We have stayed in other units before but this one was updated as mentioned in the listing. The unit was clean and well appointed. We had a lovely stay, and the communication process with the owner was easy and seamless. Thank you! The unit was exactly as expected and a perfect amount of space for all of us, including three teen boys. It really helped to have two bathrooms and a washing machine/dryer. Not every unit has these features. We're big balcony people so it was nice seeing the ocean on the left, Tressor pool in the middle and the intercoastal to the right. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Two things worth mentioning that have NOTHING to do with the owner. This is our second time staying at the Fountainbleau. Each time at least two of the four elevators are down. Waiting to catch an elevator is a nightmare. They finally opened up the service elevator for guests but it was a PITA and the garbage smelled. We had to use the stairs several times. Second, you pay a lot for the cleaning service and they are not great. They do the minimum. They left a shot glass out that we had to toss on arrival. They should have cleaned the armchair in the bedroom, wiped the back of the bathroom door, and cleaned the floor. It rained one day so the spa passes were nice to have. All that said, we would stay again.
