"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The condition of this place is completely unacceptable it is extremely dirty, poorly maintained, and honestly feels unsafe. For nearly $200 per night, this is outrageous. Basic cleanliness should be the minimum, and this hotel fails at that. The room was unsanitary, and the overall environment could easily cause someone to get sick. This is not just about comfort it’s a health concern. I would strongly caution anyone, especially families with children, to think twice before staying here. If I had booked directly through the hotel instead of Expedia, I would have demanded a full refund. And if that had been refused, I would have contacted my bank without hesitation. This place seriously needs to be shut down or completely renovated. Until then, I would not recommend it to anyone."

"This Hotel is a hidden treasure. The key is to ask for a renovated room. Half the rooms appear modern and state of the art while the other half are clean but not yet renovated. The pool, beach and jacuzzi were perfect for having fun with family. They have games by pool for kids. Only thing is the breakfast was expensive and not tasty. The beacon seemed to have been cooked several days before. But overall this place was excellent and reasonably priced for Miami."
