"Very convenient airport and free cruise port drop off. Good breakfast, nice property. Shuttle drivers and desk staff and kitchen staff were friendly. There was some very strong perfume smell (whole time)coming from little gift shop or lobby. Lady in gift shop was more interested in her phonecall than helping a guest. There is nothing in the area, but that was ok, only needed for a quick overnight stop. Cute property made up for it."

"Overall this hotel provided a comfortable stay. I had a suite with full kitchen and the room was very accommodating. The staff left me with mixed feelings of customer service. Some were friendlier than others and this applied to front desk as well as the cielo bar. the food was a bit of a hit and miss however i did enjoy the majority of offerings especially a really well prepared steak on my last days stay there. I liked the aspect of parking my vehicle and being able to take an elevator...

"The plays was clean. Some of the staff were helpful and friendly, others were short and inconsiderate. We call the office to get the Wi-Fi password one afternoon and the guy in the office said the password once then hung up on my wife before she could make sure of what he said. I had to walk down to the office and get the password from him directly and he gave me a terrible attitude about it. However this was the only problem we had."
