Clean room, nice staff, convenient shuttle, Breakfast was not a travel favorite (I try to avoid high carbs in the morning, so offerings are very limited; coffee is mediocre). We would definitely return!

There was no WiFi and I had no service in the room and most of the hotel. The breakfast was nice and the staff was friendly. The shower floor was super slick.

We stayed here as a overnight before boarding our cruise ship in the morning. When we got there, there was no Internet and when we woke up the next morning, it still was not on. There should have been some type of reimbursement for not having Wi-Fi at all because we had to work and we’re not able to The breakfast is fine nothing special but usually free breakfasts are just the bare minimum. The staff is nice in the room is adequate. I would stay here again.

I stayed at other hotels where the staff really didn’t seem interested in working but this particular hotel I’ve met three of their check-in employees and they were extremely nice and helpful

We were there for 1 night after returning from a cruise. We arrived early in the morning and they were able to accommodate an early check in and arrange for free transportation to the airport the next day. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Carpet could use cleaning. Big shower and responsive air conditioning. Very good experience.

Disliked: Amenities
I enjoyed the friendly and clean atmosphere. The only issue I had with my stay was that the internet was not working. I asked the lady at the front desk three times and she said that they were working on it. I stayed there for two nights and the internet never came in.
