I had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Garden Inn. From the shuttle driver to the breakfast staff, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special thank you to Maria—she truly has a personality as bright and warm as the Florida sunshine! Her kindness and cheerful spirit made our stay even more enjoyable. I will see everyone again on my next trip to Fort Lauderdale.

Seldom can you say you had delicious food at a hotel. I had two breakfasts, lunches and a dinner during my stay. They were all very delicious and well served. I especially enjoyed the sides with the dinner. Next time I'm near, I'll stop just to eat and hope it hasn't changed. Good job!

The room was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the parking was good except when I booked it said free parking and at the front desk they told me that I had to pay $10 a night for parking. I will never get used to someone charging me for parking at the place where I am staying, it just doesn’t make any sense.

Good location for those travelling to or from the airport or cruise port with a few restaurants dotted around. Clearly a budget Hilton option but the staff were great, check-in was quick and easy, and amenities more than expected. The room however had a really noisy air con unit that never switched off and rumbled all night long. The room itself and bedding smelt stale as if the room had not been used in a while. If we had been staying more than one night we would have asked to change room but it was ok for spending just 10 hours in. If staying overnight in FL again I’d certainly consider the Hilton Garden Inn again.

Front desk staff were very helpful when I called with questions about free airport shuttle, although it took about an hour of us waiting outside at the airport when I was told it would be about 20 minutes, they say not to call until we have our bags in hand. Next time I would call way before hand to not wait an hour otherwise I wouldn’t use their service. Although, the gentleman driving airport shuttle was very nice and helpful, one of our suitcases opened up and left a trail of clothes he was kind enough to let us know so we could collect our things. Very nice hotel other than waiting for free shuttle
