"Not enough loungers on the property. Had to arrive very early in the morning to reserve a lounger to use once the sun rose. Pool staff are terrific, they are very attentive to the guests. The food is rather mediocre. Interestingly the Mexican restaurant on the resort is very weak and the Italian restaurant feels like no one in management has ever been to an Italian restaurant. The food is eatable but not much more. As they do not take reservations, unless you arrive for dinner at 6pm, there is a chance you will not even get into a restaurant. The highlight of the food was the breakfast buffet which is not hard to pull off. A big part of any all inclusive is the quality of the food and unfortunately in this case Fiesta Americana Condesa does not perform well on this front."
