"Daniela was absolutely the best host and provide excellent customer service. She is very nice and really help you beyond expectations. The place is an old building but the room was decent, it have a very big infinity pool and is ocean front right on the beach. The restaurant food is not the best and really don’t recommend it. "

"Loved my time at Iberostar Coral Reef Adult only. Everyone was friendly, very hospitable, area was clean and organized. We felt safe even with the tours and exercusions offered at the hotel, plenty of transportation available to get to the shops down 15 mins away. Only sad thing was we couldn’t enjoy the beach because of the sea weed but that was already expected because of the season we are in, I’d suggest going to Isla se Mujeres excursion, it was beautiful and the beach was clean. Overall food was great and the spa area was amazing! Because of the VIP access I was able to add 20% off my massage treatment. I would love to come back during the high season. Great price for a short stay and not overly crowded. "
