We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend these apartments. The only improvement I would suggest is that the management provide instructions for the use of the oven, microwave dishwasher etc we had to manage by guesswork."

    "We had a lovely 4 day stay in Jersey at the Grand Jersey hotel. The staff werd amazingly helpful and friendly. Good old fashioned service! The room was lovely and clean. It was ckeaned daily and new towels as requested. Lovely toilteries supplied which was a nice touch. Good supply of tea,coffee & hot chocolate in the room plus shortbread biscuits! Breakfast was plentiful with an amazing choice and both buffet and table service. Good location to both the beach and liberation square. Andy was so very helpful booking us sunday lunch in nearby St Aubins. The SPA pool and sauna & steam room were great. We used them every day. We didn't have any treatments so cant comment on them. You get robes and slippers provided which was a nice touch. The Grand is a lovy hotel and we will return. "
