Staff were perfect. Location could not have been better. Room was as expected - maybe a little tired but housekeeping was to a high standard. Food was ordinary IMO, nothing to complain about but a little disappointing as they do boast about their buffet breakfasts and international evening offerings. Overall a good experience in a hotel with a fascinating history and charm.

Immaculate hotel and the staff were always courteous and helpful. Ideally situated for us in the heart of the St Helier, near the marina, bus station and ferry ports. The breakfast was extensive and the evening buffet excellent and good value for residents at £32 per head.

The hotel was very clean, staff so polite, couldn’t fault the breakfast help yourself to what you wanted if you wanted something different then just ask and it was done, the hotel is situated on the edge of celebration , shops and restaurants 2 minutes or eat it the hotel they have a large selection

This hotel is exceptionally well run and maintained. Rooms are comfortable, very user friendly and spotlessly clean. Staff are friendly and just great at what they do across the board from the second you step into reception. Great central location for accessing anywhere on the island.

The hotel was very inviting with staff polite and excellent cleanliness. The Rooms were lovely again very clean and serviced well. The position of the hotel being central is near all public transport and shopping. I might also add the restaurant was exellent.

Excellent stay

Excellent long weekend stay, from the initial view of the outside, right through to check out, everything was first class. Every member of staff was very friendly, the food was good and room clean. Position of hotel is excellent, right in centre of St Helier.
