The hotel was clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is brilliant. Within walking distance of good restaurants, bars, excursions, bike hire and the bus station is very close by with regular buses to the airport.

The hotel is in an excellent position. The facilities like the spa are very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The only issue is with rooms on the 4th floor of the old part of the hotel (silver rooms), where the sloping roof on one side is uncomfortable. I would ask not to be in those rooms.

Hotel is very dated old wooden panels in bed rooms etc, carpets thread bare and stained, bathroom dated, we had one of the Golden rooms (room 411) quite expensive. The hotel is very noisy weekend with live music playing outside in it's bars. BUT, very well situated close to all amenities and close to the ferry port for trips.

We had a wonderful week. The staff were, without exception, always cheerful very helpful and obliging. The spa area was fantastic, I had a lovely massage! The location of the hotel is second to none - the bus station just around the corner. Unfortunately the price of drinks and food in the hotel was prohibitive even dearer than other restaurants in St Helier.
