Although near to the bus station there was no noise problem. Could hear clubs at the weekend, but the windows are well insulated. The staff were helpful and friendly. Easy walking to the shopping centre, cafes and restaurants. It is above the Liberty bus station so it is very convenient to catch a bus to all the places that we want to see. The front desk staff are all very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable and we slept well every night. The coffee machine in the reception, the fresh croissants and scones each morning are also a nice welcome. It has great views of the marina and is right beside the bus station so very convenient for getting around. They have fresh Scones and Croissants free every morning. The room is very quite which was great because we are light sleepers. The staff are also very helpful. Being at the rear of the property meant more noise from the buses. Instructions for the washing machine were poor but reception staff were extremely helpful. We loved the croissants and scones, a very nice extra.
