Nice and clean and lovely views near town centre didn’t have food we ate in town centre lovely hotel
Great location, breakfast, rooms and staff. Annoying there is no parking but parking on sundays is free in local car park 5min walk away. Just frustrating to have to get up early on Saturday and think about the car. Parking from 8-11am cost £5 though so not too bad.
Staff were exceptionally helpful . Hotel was clean . breakfast was amazing. Good choice, Fresh and delicious. Want unhappy that a surcharge was added to my bill for an extra bed in the room even though we booked a family room.
Excellent location Beautifully decorated Comfortable furniture Delicious and good value food Brilliant well trained stFf
The staff were excellent, the hotel was very clean. Some rooms are a bit out-dated, others have new bathrooms with walk-in showers. The cooked breakfast was good, but there was no fresh fruit, cold meat or cheese. The location is very good. The sports facilities are okay.
The shining star of this property was the staff. Every single member of staff we came into contact with were absolutely lovely :))
Great location as it is a short stroll to the centre of St Helier; onsite parking was good; staff were brilliant
