"Staff are super friendly and helpful. Room cleaned every day. No air con but fans are provided. Large spacious family room with 1 double and 2 singles. Lots of clothes storage. Some of the furniture and decor is a bit tired. Room was a bit noisy from road below. No leisure facilities but were able to use the nearby Monterey which was also fabulous. Amazing roof terrace at the Royal. Bar food in both hotels was lovely and same friendly service in both. Would recommend. "

"Lovely, roomy, clean apartment within easy reach of shops and restaurants. Bus station literally on the doorstep, which gives you access to the whole island. Apartment had everything you would like to see for self catering Clean linen and comfy sofa bed and bed "

"Clean. Staff helpful. Nicely located not right in centre I’d St Helier but within a few minutes walk. Second time I’ve stayed here and can’t really fault it. Room this time being on the second floor was hit at times, but that’s no the hotels fault, you can’t control the weather. Would happily stay again."

"Wonderful stay. Fantastic view over the marina. Breakfast excellent plenty of choice. Free apples and water by reception. Staff very helpful and friendly. Has a lovely swimming pool although on the small size. A good sauna and steam room good opening times and good view over the water. Hotel great location for walking into st Hellier. We went on the ferry to st Marlo a long day but a pretty place to visit a short walk from the port into town good restaurants and shops. "

"Lovely big single room at good price. Nice breakfast. Amazing beautiful gardens, outside space and swimming pool. Shuttle into town or 40 min walk. Definitely coming back "

"Lovely hotel although the bedroom floors creaked a lot. Staff were all wonderful and there was entertainment on through the week, but oddly not at weekends. About a 15 min walk into St Helier, but there is a local bus. I guess the hotel is for the older generation, but that suited us just fine"

"We had a wonderful stay at Norfolk Hotel! It was very clean and cozy and the staff were very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend it and plan to stay there again for our next visit to St Helier. "
