The staff and the food were very good and overall it’s a great little hotel and I would definitely stay again. That said I think there should probably be a refund available if you are subject to weather delays on the ferry/airlines as our inbound and outbound trip was delayed by a day at both ends so we lost a nights accommodation and then felt we had to find alternative accommodation for the extra night which was a shame. The food in the restaurant is excellent, but expensive, the restaurant staff as well as cleaners were very friendly. The hotel reception staff are very unhelpful. Expedia state to vacate the room by noon the hotel did not accept this, even with proof, you have to vacate by 10.30 am.
