Great HotelThe Hotel had a shuttle to and from the old town of Funchal which was convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. This was the cleanest and most user friendly place that we have stayed at. I would recommend this Hotel to every one .

Above Average hotel in a Goodish location Hotel was above average with a nice pool and pretty spectacular views. Relatively close to the old town and the restaurants (20 min walk). The hotel did seem a bit 1980s and could have done with some renovation but overall was a pleasant stay. Certainly not 5 star though.

Quiet location but with good links and amenitiesQuiet location, beautiful sea views. Our partial sea view room looked over the ocean to Cabo Girao. Excellent shuttle bus service and not Funchal or short walk to hotel zone. Several restaurants very close to the hotel so it was possible to stay very local. Hotel staff were wonderful.
