Beautiful view from our hotel room. Excellent customer service. Easy access to the tidal pools. Very walkable. Parking is a bit confusing because it is just down the street. They have construction in front of the hotel but that was fine. Delicious breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. Everything available on site, but also very easy walking distance to Funchal centre. All of the staff were extremely helpful & friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The food was wonderful & breakfast was a delicious choice of fresh & cooked food. We would highly recommend this hotel & will definitely be back. It was my partners birthday while we were in Madeira & despite us not announcing this in any way, he was presented with a birthday cake & a bottle of wine, which was a lovely surprise, thank you so much

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. Everything available on site, but also very easy walking distance to Funchal centre. We loved staying at the Aqua Natura Bay in Porto Moniz. The infinity pool has an spectacular view of the North side of the island. Rooms were clean, beds and pillow were comfy. Delicious breakfast included. The only thing I would like to point out is the parking limitation. However, they offered to pay for parking outside the hotel property. This property is right across from the aquarium and one of the natural pools. I am definitely planning to stay here next time I visit the Northwest side of Madeira.

Absolutely breathtaking property. Staff were wonderful, room, shower, and bed were large. Biggest breakfast I've seen in a hotel/ resort ever with made-to-order options, easy parking, good location. Laundry service was available but priced per item. No A/C but with windows open and a fan was not bad even at end of August. Highly recommend- one of our best stays ever.

The hotel is in a perfect location in Funchal, can't be better. The hotel room wasn't in a great condition, it definitely needs some work, as this is a 5 star hotel. The breakfast was ok.
