The staff were excellent. The room large with two terraces facing in different directions . One overlooked the pool and had a table and chairs but the other was a perfect spot for the New Year fireworks . I slept extremely well. Breakfast buffet had a large fresh choice and chef who cooked to order . Highly recommend

The room was spotless; however we found the beds to be very hard, and the pillows were old and worn out. We had expected to see decent shampoos and conditioner in the bathroom. The staff was mostly courteous. The coffee at the breakfast tasted like instant coffee; sub par.

My sister and I had a large room & bathroom in the new wing of the hotel. We thought the hotel was modern & spacious. The staff were very understanding and supportive when we had to cut our stay short by a day as my mum had taken unwell at home. We used the public buses to take us into the town centre & there was a great Italian restaurant round the corner called Stella D'ora

Nice hotel in Funchal

This is my second stay in this hotel. Nice hotel, not to far to walk to central Funchal. Nice, clean rooms. Good breakfast, nice pool and & spa area. Will stay again!

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! I particularly loved my room - I had a superior room which was very big and spacious and had a balcony with such an incredible view. I also loved the swimming pool (both indoor and outdoor). The reception staff were super friendly who made me feel happy and welcomed. A particular shout out to Katerina at the reception desk who showed me such great hospitality. I’d definitely stay here again.
