"Property was perfect location between Times Square and Central Park. Hotel staff were wonderful. Had a couple maintenance items that were promptly fixed. Very clean and spacious rooms for New York. Would definitely stay again. "

"This hotel its now on ny top 3 hotels in NYC. Very accessible location, literally right next to Grand Terminal Central. Very walkable to different tourist attractions (empire state, Library, Chrysler building just around the corner, Times Square, 5th Ave.) Even tho its on a very transitable avenue, noise wasn’t even a concern. We had also very walkable food options to have breakfast/dinner. Staff were very friendly and polite. Definitely recommend it."

"This property is in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. We felt safe the entire time. I would stay here again. The reason for only 4 stars is that the water dispenser did not work on our floor. Also, the AC unit wasn’t working but they came shortly after phoned at 11:00pm and fixed it. Also, the kitchen sink did not drain. Everything else was excellent."
