ideal hotel for flight early morning

Excellent stay, helpful, friendly staff

Had an impromptu stay and will definitely be back. Extremely nice room, recently refurbished to a very high standard. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Warm welcome, all staff friendly

Brilliant. Internal decor of public areas is quite sumptuous. The bar and restaurant were great and surprisingly reasonable for the style of hotel. Staff very friendly and efficient. Spa & pool look great. Secure parking at a reasonable £16 per day. We were given an amazing room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise.

Great staff lovely clean rooms and good breakfast would recommend

We were only here for 1 night but had a lovely stay and would highly recommend the hotel and would return if in the area again. It was close to the station and bus routes,shops restaurants etc. From the warm welcome from the gentleman at the door and efficient and personable reception staff,we found check in was quick and easy . The rooms were clean and well thought out,the towels fluffy and soft and the bed comfortable.

Great hotel but very warm, nice shower good location. A little pricey for what you get but would stay again. Was told would get an upgrade but never happened.

Unexpectedly upgraded to a suite, which was lovely. Stayed at Baileys multiple times over the past few years, a lovely, comfy, traditional London hotel with out the ostentatious bling. Friendly and helpful staff, stones throw from good transportation for London exploration. The only slight negative, no bedside clock, so had to check my phone or Ipad for time in the wee small hours.

Absolutely loved this hotel ❤️ from the moment we arrived until we left, the staff and service are exceptional as is the hotel and facilities. Couldn’t fault anything at all. The best hotel we’ve stayed in in London and I’ve tried many of the 5 star hotels here! The breakfast was epic! Honestly first class all round! Easy hotel, great value nice rooms

Absolutely amazing. Best of three places we stayed in England. Staff exceeded expectations. And the room (Spenser) was truly beautiful. Not worn at all. The layout was different being long and thin but really worked for us. Pub was really goos and we ate 2/3 dinners there. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. So many options and high quality.
