In the well known Hatton garden area.

Local to the city of london, Holborn, Kingscross, Russel Sqaure, Bloomsbury, Farringdon, Camden, Oxford street, Covent Garden, Soho, Trafalgar Square, and many more iconic London areas, also very well connected with London transport.

Loads of lovely places to eat, Food market on leather Lane on certain days.


Loads of jewellery shops local.

Our apartment is kept fresh and clean for all of our guests.

Issues of concern
There were a couple of things to mention 1. The door into your new lounge area was sticking on the flooring - just needs a bit shaved off the bottom of the door. 2. Access to the flat from the street definitely does not give the best impression - it was dirty and something fell off when we were staying - unsure where the short plank came from. The carpet by the front door was unsafe - curling and a trip factor. 3. Stair carpet - second step down from the top was also not secure making it a falls issue also. 4. The bedding for the king size bed (2 singles fastened together) was not large enough - the flat sheet did not tuck in and the duvet did not even fit fully over the top of the bed. 5. Keeping bedding under the bed is ok but not when it is not sealed in storage bags. All spare bedding was just loose under one of the beds. 6. It may be useful to have a little notice on the wall as you enter the flat itself to say that the light for the kitchen is behind the kitchen door - not obvious when you first enter - the kitchen area is now very dark with the new internal building work completed. We found the flat very convenient for the family wedding we were attending but I do feel you charged a lot. When my son arrived he asked if we were staying in a student flat - I'm sure that is not the impression you want to give.

Clean, easy to navigate to, cute flat
Cute flat! Very clean, and close to tube stations. Great coffee shop right on the corner and daily food market right out front. Host was very accommodating and communicative - couldn’t have asked for better. The market could be loud, but it was hardly noticeable in the bedrooms with the windows closed.

Good Walking Distance
We stayed at this property in mid June 2024, to drop our son off at the London School of Economics. The location was great for that purpose. The only negative is the street does have daily food vendors that set up right outside the apartment every weekday morning. Although the apartment itself is pretty basic and not exactly how it appeared online, it served our purpose and we really have no complaints. The price was right and we spent most of our time out exploring the city. There were some great pubs and restaurants within walking distance, as well as a coffee shop right across the street! The two bedrooms were spacious and the bathroom was fine. We didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed fine and included a washer/dryer combo. We would stay here again because of the location.
