Amazing penthouse, great location.
This penthouse is really wonderful and its location is absolutely perfect. Everything in the house was top notch and super comfortable. One of the most beautiful kitchens we have ever seen. The natural light throughout the house was gorgeous. However, the communication with the host leaves a lot to be desired. Except an initial message to indicate how to check in, we did not receive any replies to any of our messages and requests. We were a family of 8 and requested a second set of keys and never got a response. There were some issues with the penthouse that we informed the host about, but received no reply whatsoever. These included: the clothes dryer did not work, water was leaking from one of the showers onto the bathroom floor, and heating radiators could not be turned off. Despite the lack of response from the host, we truly enjoyed our one week stay in this wonderful penthouse. We believe that the issues would be simple to fix. We hope to one day stay there again.
