1am in the morning someone came into our room, Lucky I was awake and chased them down the hall. Still waiting to hear back from someone about what they are going to do. We had to move the whole family to another room at 1 am. Stuff missing from our room. I have wrote emails to the manager and its been over a week with no response.

Great reception area Rooms felt very solid. Knew there wasn't window, tea coffee and TV. Room was different than advertised. No headboard with light behind beds. Would stay again one or two nights ideal. Would recommend

I LOVED that it was so quiet inside the hotel. I slept amazingly!! It is important to note that this is a hotel you come to to sleep, not really to pass time. Meaning that there’s no tv, desks, etc. I, personally, deeply appreciated this. The only negative thing I can say is that my room wasn’t very clean, but it was decent enough. It is right in the center of Piccadilly, so as soon as you leave the hotel you have everything readily available. There are many types of stores to shop, restaurants, and public transportation. Overall, I would definitely stay here again in my future visit to London!

Finding your room if you're back from a night out can be a difficult task. Close to the drama of the central city district, where the area is full of life and never sleeps. Best amenities for a brief stay if you're planning on spending a lot of time out and just need a clean, safe, close place to crash. Loved it
