This was my second visit to Liverpool and the first time using a hotel, I was drawn in by the outside look of the hotel then when I saw the rooms and then how good the price was I was sold. When I got there it was clear the area was quite close to anything I'd need and less than 10 minutes from central station which was perfect. Excellent place to stay in Liverpool. Our second time back and the hotel always exceeded our expectations.

Everything was wonderful! Literally next door to the M&S arena. Perfect if you’re going to a concert!

Hotel was in a great location, car parking was great as it was right next door to hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast was amazing.

I had just finished running a marathon. The staff upgraded us due to this! We had the most beautiful room!! We arrived to a lovely note congratulating me and some personalised chocolates! The property was well kept, spotlessly clean. In a fantastic location if you want to be where all the night life is going on. Obviously very noisy as your sounded by great pubs clubs and amazing atmosphere.This did not bother us and still managed to get off to sleep. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

Great location,really nice Hotel with lovely staff to see

The property was in a fantastic location. Shopping 5 mins walk and the waterfront was 5 minutes away. Everything on the doorstep including a well stocked Sainsbury’s.

We’ve just got back from our one night stay. Excellent location and the tea Reception were excellent and extremely helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed it will be coming back.

Great location and apartment

Staff really friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Beds and pillows clean and comfortable. Pool and changing areas great. Bar area was lovely. Didn’t eat there so can’t comment on the food. Would definitely go again.
