"I stayed here on all-inclusive for 2 nights with my 6-year-old. We extended our stay by a night, we were having such a nice break. The food was good, and the bar was well stocked. We loved the pools, and the kid's entertainment was good fun for my girl every night. We made good use of the tram/bus passes that were included as well! The staff throughout the hotel were the real highlight! From reception to the restaurant/bar and housekeeping, everybody we encountered was friendly, polite, and helpful! Special shout out to Jess, Luke, and Jonathan, who did lots to our stay relaxing and comfortable. Thank you all! Big thanks to those who's name I didn't catch. We'll be visiting again for sure!! "

"We came here for a night for our 25th wedding anniversary as this is where we spent our wedding night. Has changed a lot obviously and looks like there’s some renovations being made, but we stayed in the main hotel. The room was really nice and clean, food was amazing, we had evening meal and breakfast. All the staff very nice and friendly and the lovely lady on reception gave us complimentary access to the spa for our anniversary but unfortunately we didn’t have time to make use of it, but a lovely gesture anyway. Sure we’ll be back soon to try out the spa "

"We had a great stay in family room, relaxed breakfast with cereal, fruit and yoghurt options followed by freshly cooked hot available - with a different special item each day. Close to Blackpool tower but tram stops almost right outside anyway. Found car park usually always had space (it is £10 a night but we expected that!). Didn’t go to entertainment as kids had busy days but what we saw looked great. "
