"Was great "

"We have stayed here before which is why we returned. The rooms are comfortable (especially the beds / pillows). Our room was at the back of the hotel where there was building work going on outside. It was rather hot so we needed to open the windows and the noise in the morning did disturb us. We asked if we could move rooms and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We moved to another room which was cooler and less noisy. The bar and food is nice enough. Large open space. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. I’m gluten intolerant and the breakfast manager took me around to check what was suitable for me. I couldn’t fault our overall experience. The location is perfect for getting around London with the tube station about 50m from the front of the hotel (not that we used it much) except to and from Victoria coach station. "

"Property was excellent for my needs. Booked an addfitional two rooms on the weekend for my family and had a great meal at the restaurant as well as super drinks in the bar. Only minor comment was no sports channels on the TV."

"Amazing hotel, comfortable room with an absolutely amazing view of London Bridge. Friendly staff and lovely restaurants both for just a drink and to enjoy a meal. Perfect location for Tower of London and boat rides. Cannot fault The Tower Hotel for our stay you made it very enjoyable "
