"Hotel was clean. Front desk, restaurant and leisure club staff were all pleasant. Room was spacious. Beds comfy. Huge TV. Was offered late check out which was nice. Pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room were all more than adequate. Location was good we went to Delamere Forrest and Eastham promenade. There are fresh water fountains and lemon water that guests can help themselves to which I thought was a nice touch. The view from the restaurant is pretty cool too. Good value for...

"Absolutely brilliant stay, staff were so friendly and accommodating made it an enjoyable couple of nights real

feel to the place, attention to detail was second to none...for example our bathroom light went out in the morning, I forgot to advise them of this but by the time we returned to the room in the afternoon it had been replaced!!! "

"The instructions were not clear. They don’t communicate properly. When we arrived at the property there is no key, one of the room is not yet ready, property smells of cigarette, dirty, linens were not changed still smells from the last guests. We were relocated to a different apartment which is the same and it was freezing cold and very dark. I called the host but they don’t pick up the call. Poor communication especially if the guests have children and coming from a long way. "
