"Bit noisy with out double glazing, No lifts not easy for larger Individuals with big suitcases. Cheaper than the rest of the over price hotels in that smogie area of London."

"Found this place after being stranded at Heathrow and it was so good! The room was comfortable and quiet. The front desk staff were amazing! We really appreciated the assistance with booking a taxi at check out, with the staff member even using his own phone to talk to the driver. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to others!"

It is a unique Property with previous owners being Lord Byron's daughter Ada Lovelace, who wrote the mathematical algorithm for modern British computers, and Tommy Sopwith who developed his Aeroplane for the RAF.
It was perfect to visit RHS Wisley, and avoid the horrendous M25 Junction 10 tail back, travelling through the Surrey countryside. It had beautiful grounds and a large lake.

Great location, nice room we had a side view of the docks. The room is a little dated but clean and beds amazing. We had breakfast which was well worth extra money good selection and very tasty.

Unusual, but for the money incredibly relieved it!! Why stay in a tired stained slightly sickening firetrap when for the money you can get a swish Westminster address which while a little disconcerting at first was clean, modern and utterly unashamed good value. If you have been on a cruise (cheap),a Japanese pod hotel or in prison it may help but you'll get into the vibe soon enough. As in get out all day and don't expect to stare wistfully out of the window, or indeed breath any of the soot...

We were greeted at reception by Alexander who was so friendly, polite and helpful.Such a credit to the hotel .
The room and bathroom were very clean and the beds comfy.
The hotel is ideally placed for theatres and lots of places to eat.
The Italian cafe over the road in Russell square garden is wonderful.
This was my second visit to the hotel and I will definitely return.

Professional and personable check in and check out. The hotel is relatively basic, but very clean and well run. Larger room than expected and very quiet for central London. Will stay again.

We would definitely stay again. Room was very well equipped & spacious.
Only two things letting it down. Black mould in the shower (wasn’t loads but noticeable straight away) needs keeping on to off. Then I dropped my ring and went under the bed… the build up of dust was crazy - obviously the bed had not been moved in a very long time. But it’s not something I go looking for nor would I expect a housekeeper to bust their back moving the bed in each room - especially if they are cleaning on...

We booked this stay last minute as our original booking was unavailable at our check in time. This stay would’ve been out of budget usually but Vrbo are covering the difference from our original booking.
Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a great size with bath and shower.
Complimentary bottled water and tea and coffee available with a kettle.
