Overall myself and my girlfriend enjoyed a brilliant stay at this hotel, all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Our room had a decent view but wanted an upgrade spoke with reception and gave us a few to choose from with a price of course but well worth it as we got a fantastic panaramic view. If your taking a taxi to the airport I'd buy a ticket from reception as it's a fixed cost of €26... also complimentary room after checkout helps if you have a evening flight home but want to...

This hotel is overall fantastic. The service is first class and it's spotlessly clean. There is no beach as such although there are two a short walk away. Food and drink at the hotel is expensive but there are several restaurants close by within easy walking distance. We have just returned from two week stay at this hotel. The hotel is meant to be 5 stars and the reception areas are lovely. The room we had was big but needed updating. A bit of decoration and interior designing and it would definitely be 5 stars. We found foodstuff under the bed and had cockroaches. Went with my boyfriend. Was worried we would stand out a bit in a family hotel but it seemed like a good mix of couples and families. Hotel is large and clean; so many floors! The pools are nice and we always managed to get sunbeds. The pool we liked to be aside overlooks the sea so it is a beautiful view. The staff are amazing so friendly and always smiling. There is so much choice for food so there is something for everyone. The entertainment was out of this world. There is lots to do for kids too.
