Then had contact with the property manager David who was a great guy and he met us at the villa prompt on arrival. "The finca is amazing and much larger than expected from the pictures. This is why I rate the accuracy of the description only with good. I expected a house not a massive property but actually it’s the latter. All of us were stunned, and we were already searching for a reason to come back again. The hosts are super nice, flexible and helpful, communication was smooth as was the check-in a check-out. Pricing is totally fair. We had a great time."

Where do I begin? An absolutely superb hotel located up in the hills not too far from the beach. The hotel had breathtaking views and they had clearly invested a lot to make it look absolutely sublime. I thoroghly enjoyed the Asian style decor which was consistent throughout the whole hotel. The staff were very friendly and the cleanliness of the place was absolutely mind blowing. What I enjoyed most was how perfectly it was located. Not too far from the beach, but far away from the noisy,...

The single room, I was in, was clean, with the bedding and towels changed every other day. Parking is a premium everywhere in Buzanada so street parking is the norm. The small fridge is handy so don't forget to switch it on when you arrive. Cafes and restaurants are a 6 minute walk away and the food is great (reasonably priced too). There's a good bus service too with a frequent service to Los Chrisitanos where buses take you to just about anywhere on the island.

Received complimentary champagne on arrival. Staff were helpful and informative providing map of hotel, luggage was carried to rooms for us and room on arrival was spotless and beautiful. Stayed here for a week, and honestly? Not bad at all. The place is clean, the staff are friendly as hell, and the apartments are bigger than my student flat—kitchen, living area, balcony, the whole deal. Great if you’re not into cramming into a hotel room like sardines. Pool’s decent, gym’s basic but usable, and there’s a mini-market on-site for when you’re too hungover to trek down the hill. Speaking of which… that hill? It’s a calf-buster. Be prepared to hike or rely on the free shuttle...

Lovely rooms with a swim up pool, perfect for privacy peace and tranquility! Great breakfast each morning and views were just breathtaking! Staff friendly and all went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay! Room cleaned twice a day and the place was modern x ideal get away for a couple or someone just wanting some peace and quiet. Local shop and bars about 5-10mins away in taxi, a little too far to walk!

This was an extremely comfortable holiday. We would rate food excellent. Room excellent. (4 adults in family had large well equipped kitchen, living/dining room and balcony with another table and chairs for 4 and 2 loungers and drying rack. Very large master bed ensuite, 2nd v large twin and storage. Separate bathroom. Both with bath/shower:WC. ) Hotel facilities excellent. Staff excellent. the only reason this is a relatively cheap hotel is because it's a 10 to 15 minute walk to the coast...

From the moment we arrived to the time we left the friendly attentive staff made us feel welcome and at home. Even the General manager made daily rounds to talk to guests and listen to their comments. Decorated in a colourful Mexican hacienda style it is beautifully appointed throughout with a number of quiet secluded areas in the grounds around the hotel and pool. The pool area is delightful, has an island and waterfall in front of a covered grotto, a children's pool and includes areas shaded...

We stayed for a 50th birthday birthday and had a wonderful time. We stayed room only, we had a deluxe room which was spacious, it had a small kitchen, dining table, double/twin room with sofa bed and a balcony. Our was spotless, cleaned everyday The pool area was nice, pool games happening and the pool bar and food was lovely. All in all we had a great stay and were planning to go back again next year.
