"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were so comfortable. Food at the buffet for breakfast and dinner was amazing and we also ate at the Trattoria which was the best Italian food we'd had outside of Italy! I had a brilliant massage at the spa in the open air gym overlooking the sea - it was just perfect! Staff were super helpful and welcoming - really couldn't fault anything about our stay here. "

"Just back from a week here and after reading reviews, we can honestly say we weren’t sure what to expect. However, we had a lovely stay, yes it’s hilly (even the complex) but this wouldn’t put us off staying again. We were fortunate to be allocated a refurbished room and were down by the pool and restaurant. The food was usually nice and we could always find something, if you’re looking for nuggets, sausages etc for lunch/dinner for kids then it’s maybe not for you. Drinks were ok and drinking from a paper cup not great but we just went with the flow. The complex was clean, staff were always friendly and put up with some abuse from customers at the bar and restaurant which was unpleasant to see. The only thing we could fault was that we wanted to rent an air con unit for the room but were advised from companies that Laguna Park 2 do not allow them even though they have provided insurance documents as required so we hired an extra fan from the gentleman as it was cheaper than the hotel. Also, the beds are on the firm side."

"This is a fabulous property that does what it says on the tin….and more. The house is positioned on a hill within a gated community which is very quiet. The views are special and does real justice when the sun sets. The house has absolutely everything you’ll ever need, the beds are comfortable and there is lots of space both inside and outside the house. It also has the warmest swimming pool we’ve ever encountered. Despite a hiccup at not expecting us at the property, Wim who manages the property, sorted it out promptly and this did not detract in any way from the quality of our holiday. It’s a 10/15 mins walk to the port/beach all downhill (taxis are about 5 if you don’t want the uphill return walk) where there are lots of bars, restaurants and shops. While there is nothing close to the house, there are supermarkets and shops within a 5 min walk. Also Sian Park is walkable within 15 mins. This is a 5 star house and we would recommend to anyone wishing to holiday in the Costs Adeje area. "
