Staff was friendly and welcoming; however, our stay was very disappointing. On our first night, I had to request bedding to make up a bed for my son. Despite booking for three guests, the room only had linens and towels for two. Basic hygiene items were also missing, including hand soap.
The room was poorly maintained. There were orange stains in the bathroom, the sheets were stained, and the sofa bed had dark patches with no provided linens. I tried to overlook this to enjoy our holiday, but the room was never cleaned. Despite promises from staff, no housekeeping was done for five days other than what I did myself.
After four days without fresh towels, we were told zero clean towels were available—unless I paid an extra €10 per towel. Charging extra for towels in 30+ degree heat after failing to clean our room is unacceptable.
Finally, the breakfast was inedible. We arrived first thing to find stale food and juice that was fermented, acidic, and spoiled. None of the warm options were warm.
These were just the main highlights—there were numerous other issues during our stay that I cannot even begin to list. Overall, this was a completely unacceptable experience.
