The area known as Bahia del Duque, where you find gorgeous sandy beaches, restaurants, night clubs, and yet very quiet and peaceful place at night time, with a possibility to relax and totally disconnect. Only the most modern and high quality materials were used the construction of this Villa. The area of ​​the villa - 390 m2, total plot area with garden - 500 m2. Large PRIVATE HEATED swimming pool, 7m long and 3.5m wide. The house has 5 bedrooms, three large living rooms with a children's playground, dining room, 4 bathrooms, a separate and fully equipped kitchen with all the most modern appliances, barbecue area, a solarium, Internet Wi-Fi, TV with over 1,500 Channels (TV from UK, USA, Belgium, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Russia, etc). Fully equipped kitchen with more than enough glasses, utensils etc. Check in was made easy, Denis met us outside the property and showed us round the villa before leaving us the keys.The welcome gift of some cold drinks and fruit etc was a nice touch and provided us a perfect start to the family holiday.I've stayed in several villas on this complex and this was the best maintained.
