We have just returned from two week stay at this hotel. The hotel is meant to be 5 stars and the reception areas are lovely. The room we had was big but needed updating. A bit of decoration and interior designing and it would definitely be 5 stars. We found foodstuff under the bed and had cockroaches. The staff are amazing so friendly and always smiling. There is so much choice for food so there is something for everyone. The entertainment was out of this world. There is lots to do for kids too.
