Lovely modern hotel, easy walking distance from the station and to the old town. No kettle in room it one provided upon request. Comfortable bed.
Did not have breakfast as costs were too high. Would recommend.

We were a family of 10 with two small boys, two babies, two grandparents and 4 other adults. The hotel looked after our needs very well.We had 4 rooms, one large with an extra very comfortable roll-away bed and another large with cots for the twin babies.the other two rooms were small as were their bathrooms - elegant but definitely small!
Everyone was friendly and helpful from the lovely receptionists to the room staff.

It was a lovely experience from checking in to checking out. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel was lovely. Within walking distance to the town. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent modern hotel set cleverly within an old building. Fantastic breakfast buffet including smoked salmon and omelettes made to order.
Short walk from station with bus stop right outside. Enjoyed the free photo booth.

The hotel is conveniently located a short walk (15 mins or so) from the train station. The hotel is only a few minutes away from many Riverside restaurants.
The surrounding area is quiet and relaxing. The staff were polite and kind. The hotel and room is everything I expected it to be. The 19th century style decor is quaint and offers a pleasant change from what one usually experiences in a hotel.
I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Gorgeous hotel close to the centre. Clean, hot shower and lovely room with a view of the lake. Could not have asked for better service, especially Victoria who was so generous with both her time and knowledge. Recommendations were excellent! Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

Very good location - 5 minutes from railway station, Chapel Bridge, etc. Excellent breakfast buffet choice - both hot and cold food available. Would stay there again without hesitation.

This hotel is almost perfectly placed, its only a few minutes walk from the train station and piers. The staff were friendly and accommodating and service always with a smile.

Hotel is nestled between the trees on the mountain side overlooking Lucerne.
I've stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and Chateau Guetsch is up there with the best. Views from our balcony were stunning and the Hotel it's self was fabulous. I would use this Hotel again if visiting Lucerne in the future.
