"Couldn't have a better location; adjacent to old town and downtown. Clean and fragrance-free. No concierge but receptionists were helpful. The room was small but adequate; the bed was wedged between the outside wall and the bathroom wall, so I had to literally climb onto the bed from the foot of the bed; good water pressure in the shower; bus to/from the airport stops two blocks from the hotel; no ramp for suitcases at hotel entrance-need to lift the suitcases up a few stairs. "The hotel is very clean and modern, and is within a 10 minute ride to Zurich airport. "

"Service was excellent and rooms were clean. Jr Suite is nice but arrangement is crowded and doors are awkward. We stayed 2 separate nights on a trip and both nights the rooms were too hot. The beds only had comforters and no top sheet so we had to open a window to cool the room down (and it’s next to the airport). On the plus side, you get free shuttle service to the airport (although it’s an easy walk) and public transportation tickets. The bus stop is a couple of blocks away. "

"Affordable hotel near GVA airport. The staff was very friendly. The room was small but very clean with free water bottles. You can walk to the terminal from the hotel in less than 10 min and they also offer free shuttles than run from very early to very late. "

"If arriving by car, beware. Two lanes of taxi rank in front of hotel. No where for us to park. Had to find a public car park, then walk to hotel to check in. Staff advised us to park just off footpath then unload bags from car. Then given instructions of hotel accredited car park which is a 8 minute walk away. If arriving by train, no worries, as station opposite hotel. Think that hotel website could give forward warnings of car parking situation in advance."

"Very modern hotel with all the expected facilities. Breakfast is good but expensive- booking the night before will save you 5CHF per person. The room was good but not exceptional but met all our requirements. The hotel is located an easy 15 minute tram ride from the centre of Zurich (No 2 tram). Overall a comfortable three night stay."
