We had a fantastic experience, every member of the hotel team were amazing.

The Mountain View from the the dinner table was amazing , food delicious Did find the mattress was to soft for me also the pillows

I loved my stay here the staff were very pleasant and kind.

We were a family of 10 with two small boys, two babies, two grandparents and 4 other adults. The hotel looked after our needs very well.We had 4 rooms, one large with an extra very comfortable roll-away bed and another large with cots for the twin babies.the other two rooms were small as were their bathrooms - elegant but definitely small! Everyone was friendly and helpful from the lovely receptionists to the room staff.

Pilatus Kulm is just an amazing experience and worth paying extra for.

One of happiest and most memorable holidays to date, thanks in no small part to this wonderful hotel! We felt we had one of the best rooms in the hotel (on the 2nd floor with a large balcony looking towards the beautiful valley and mountains beyond), and the room provided everything we needed. The bed was particularly large and comfortable and had no end board (important for me, being 6’3”!). We took half board, and the food was of a consistently high quality. Lovely hotel, lovely location, lovely staff. Wifi was patchy but maybe not such a bad thing for a retreat holiday! 😉

Short bus ride (no. 24) from Luzern station. Open plan - no door to bathroom - very modern.

It was a lovely experience from checking in to checking out. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel was lovely. Within walking distance to the town. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in an excellent central location not only were there bus stops close by but the main train station was within easy walking distance. Our double bed was huge and very comfortable. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and Marco the breakfast assistant was polite and attentive. The amenities were all excellent and the only thing missing was a fridge in the room which is why I only gave 4 and not 5 stars .
