Brilliant location for exploring Lake Lucerne and getting to the Stoos funicular. Breakfast was more than adequate, the staff were just lovely.

Everything was fine but not great. The property is a bit outdated. The breakfast buffet was really disappointing. The room was confortable and the staff was nice.

The central location is a plus, but the hotel doesn’t have air conditioning, make it unbearable in the afternoon. Need to have a full time receptionist, not a share staff with the restaurant.

The hotel was perfectly located to walk along the nearby water edge. We didn’t realize that we had booked a room in an annex building, even though it did say that in the booking. We were in a separate building in the back alleyway and not on the street. The room was modern and clean, but not part of the hotel building. Other than that, we had everything we needed.

A lovely hotel although the rooms in the annexe were rather functional and had a view of the car park and the back of the main hotel building.

We were in the annex. Construction noise, noise from the apartments and loud vehicles in the parking lot made it hard for sleeping. So much cigarette smoke from people smoking in the parking lot was bad especially when there is no air conditioning and you must have the doors open to cool the room.

Not awful, but wouldn't stay there again

Our room was in an annex above the garage in the parking lot behind the actual hotel. The room looked like a college dorm room - clean, sterile, plain. No A/C so had to sleep with patio door open, which was bad because of parking/garage/alley noises and drapes didn't block light. Terrible, flat pillow. One comforter too hot for conditions. Small, cramped room/bathroom. Shower so cramped, I kept hitting the faucet handle and throwing off the temperature. No wind in alley so hotter in room than outside. Just so blah, and we didn't want to stay in the room. Breakfast was meager. Staff was nice enough. They did give us a parking spot in the alley but at $15/night.

Zimmer war im Nebenbau, einfach eingerichtet. Sauber. Kaffee konnte außerhalb des Zimmers zubereitet werden. Frühstück zweckmäßig. Personal freundlich. Lage vom Hotel zum See sehr gut.

Check in und Check out gingen jeweils sehr zügig.
