"Our stay at Alstadt Hotel Magic in Lucerne was very nice. The check in process was easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived via car which was valet parked and returned to us on demand which was nice. The location of the hotel is great. You are steps away from the sites and not far from the train station. There are numerous restaurants all within walking distance."
