The staff was incredible and made us feel like family. We appreciated that we were just enough off the beaten path in a beautiful courtyard with a church dating back to 1270! It was quintessential and relaxing. The train station was less than a 10-minute walk, making it perfect for exploring Suisse. They also had an amazing restaurant, and we ended up eating there all three nights. I can't recommend this hotel enough! The location was fantastic, but very noisy both late into the evening and early morning. I loved the room and all the extras—clean room and comfortable bed. Luzern is a tourist city, so why doesn’t the hotel use English? I received 5–6 emails from you, and I couldn’t understand any of them. The self check-in system doesn’t work. We were three different guests, and all of us had to call for help.
