This hotel was definitely conveniently located to the train station but that’s about the best I can say for it. The rugs throughout are worn & faded. The floor boards creak and the wall paper in the room was peeling in multiple spots. The worst part was that our bathtub was missing the knob to turn on the shower head so I had to take a bath… with the faucet located in the middle of the tub it was next to impossible to rinse my hair. When I mentioned it the next day at checkout the staff member told me I should have called down and they may have been able to fix it but I did not have time to wait… we had dinner plans. Obviously, the cleaning staff would have realized it was broken. They made no offer to give a discount or refund for our stay. I would NEVER recommend this hotel.

A lovely, modern, clean hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was good. The only slight negative was the lack of air conditioning. It was very hot while we were there and although there was a large fan in the room and we could open the doors onto the balcony it was still quite warm in the room.

Amazing location. Beautiful room with good amt of space. Large bathroom. Great lounge area. Loved the decor. Attached restaurant was great too! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time in Luzern. The hotel is conveniently situated and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms have been renovated and updated.

Hotels nicely located. Our room and bathroom were spacious and we used their swimming pool but there was no locker.

The property is very tired. My room had furniture that was old and beaten up. The entrance to the hotel is also a prep/staging area for a restaurant downstairs. Often our entrance was blocked by staff of the restaurant loitering and smoking.

Convenient and close everything! Staff is very friendly and helpful, super clean!
