9/10 Wonderful! (1,008 reviews)
Le personnel est très gentil et les chambres sont très propres. Le seul point négatif est la vitre qui sépare le lit de la salle de bain, c'est quand même curieux, sinon le reste rien à dire, c'était parfait et très bien situé.

9/10 Wonderful! (129 reviews)
A lovely, modern, clean hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was good. The only slight negative was the lack of air conditioning. It was very hot while we were there and although there was a large fan in the room and we could open the doors onto the balcony it was still quite warm in the room.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (946 reviews)
It's a beautiful hotel with spectacular views. The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. I would have expected the room to be a bit larger for the price, and breakfast at the restaurant was exorbitant. It's right on the lake, and within walking distance to just about everything.

This hotel is a lovely little hotel in an exceptional location in Lucerne. It's right by the river, surrounded by places to eat and a very short walk from the station and boat docks. A perfect location for getting out on trips. It's typical of an inner city hotel, so the rooms are small and bathrooms very small. But they are clean, functional and comfortable. There's a simple breakfast in house, which includes hot items. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. But the location is the star, so nice to be right in the middle of everything.
