"Wonderful quiet location walking distance to tram and good restaurants"

"The location is ideal - easy parking, a short bus ride into the city or walk to Leith. The welcome from Luke was warm and room 9 is pleasant enough. The free snack and a drop of sherry is a lovely touch. Sandaig House just needs a freshen up in the décor department."
