We briefly saw the staff at check-in and check-out; otherwise, no real interaction with them. The house is a 2-minute walk to the tram, which was convenient to go into central Edinburgh. Service and cleanliness was good. Beds were comfortable. However, the size of the room we got for three adults was very small and the ceiling was slanted so it was hard to move around the room, and it made the room feel even smaller. Located about 25 minutes (on foot) from the train station. They let us check in 15 min early. We asked for a cab at 4:30am they told us they would call one and ended up not doing that. There was no direction on what to do with the keys, so we left them in the room. The rooms were clean, but super small. I feel like I would have benefited from staying a little closer to the action.
