Love staying here. Lovely room with a balcony, huge bed and spotlessly clean. Staff are really nice and food is fabulous and hot. Lovely setting and so quiet. Ground floor rooms available

The whole hotel is only around a year old and everything still seems like it's brand new. The breakfast was superb, the room was really nice and there's excellent on site parking in the two level underground carpark too. Will definitely be going back - Thanks.

Really enjoyed our weekend away. The Charterhouse is within walking distance of the beach and the town. Perfect on a sunny day! Beautiful, well looked after grounds with outdoor seating and a swimming pool. Marion and Les are lovely and very helpful, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Hello - We had a lovely long weekend in Babbacombe. The hotel is in a great location 2mins walk from the Cliff Railway. No on-site parking but plenty of street parking. The breakfast was fantastic. The hosts are two lovely people who are very accommodating! We will 100% be back next time we are back in Torquay

We had a fantastic break, the hosts were perfect, the facilities great and we enjoyed the most amazing food. The breakfast buffet was extensive with a great range of local and home made produce and this was all followed by a mesmerising choice of hot food which included local produce. There was cake on hand all day along with fresh tea and coffee and the hosts couldn't do enough to ensure we had a great stay.

You just can’t beat the Imperial Torquay. Built on traditions and comfort. It maybe not quite what it was in its heyday but it has adapted to the modern guests and business environment it finds itself in. Keep it up and Best Wishes to you all

A very lovely, clean and welcoming B&B. Debbie and Rich were excellent hosts, and provided tips on the various activities to try and things to do.An ideal location and easily accessible to the seafront and amenities.

The staff were so friendly and went out there way to make you feel comfortable through things such as a free nightcap before bed, lovely breakfast etc The room was lovely with again free little bits like sweets, was clean and had a tv with a DVD player in ( you could also get DVDs to watch in there little guest room where you could also buy drinks and play games). It is also just a short walk to the beach, shops and other things such as golf and a leisure Center :) I definitely recommend to...

A family of four we stayed in room 1 there was more than enough room with a double bed, single bed and bunk bed. The room was light clean and there was a TV, DVD player, kettle in the room with tea coffee and even a bottle of water and 2 bottles of fruit shoot for the kids. There were also plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. We had our own bathroom across the hall and the owner Dawn could not have been nicer or more accommodating. This is a great place to stay in Torquay. We were met with a lovely warm welcome from the owners who made us feel very welcome from the start. The room was immaculate and nicely decorated. Breakfast was delicious and the owners couldn't do enough for us and our 1 year old. We will definitely be returning.

We booked a last minute one night stay. I felt slightly nervous after reading some reviews but there was no need to be. From the moment we booked until leaving the staff couldnt be more helpful. From making sure we got booked into the spa to allowing us to use the spa changing rooms for the outside pool ater checking out. We even had drinks delivered to us whilst in the hot tub.
