I was sent down here for work but decided to bring my mum with me for a cheeky free trip to Torquay and the staff at the hotel couldn’t be any more accommodating than they were! She’s disabled and I had a plethora of requests to help make her stay more comfortable and they came up trumps on every single one of them.
