"Overall this was a nice boutique hotel. The rooms have a lot of character and a vintage feel, in a cool way. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities you could need. In a great area of London, lots of shops, pubs, restaurants, and public transit. The reason I give 4 stars is bc the check-in process is not quite 4star and the bathroom sink didn’t drain well. "

"Terrific staff. Great breakfast. Short walk to Kew Gardens and direct bus line to Richmond Park and Richmond central, where you can take train to central London in 20 minutes. Restaurant serves excellent meals and the pub is outstanding."
