Stayed during a trip to Harry Potter Studios. Lovely rural area, the pub and restaurant was well presented as was our room. The room could do with updating a little especially the bathroom but it was more then acceptable. The service we received was friendly and helpful. We ate there in the evening and the food was good. All in all very pleased with our stay!

Excellent hotel in a great location.

We stayed for 1 night - On arrival early morning the Reception Staff were very professional- friendly and allowed us to drop our luggage off before we could check in. Once we went back later on Check-in was so quick the staff had taken our luggage to our room which was very nice. The Room was ideal for our stay - very clean and facilities were great - we had a good nights sleep (bed was so comfortable). Overall very good value for money

Absolutely loved this hotel ❤️ from the moment we arrived until we left, the staff and service are exceptional as is the hotel and facilities. Couldn’t fault anything at all. First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

Nice hotel, convenient location

I wasn't sure about booking this hotel, as I'd never heard of it. However it was amazing. It is small but that actually adds to the experience. We usually prefer larger hotels but this was truly 5*. It really feels like a special place. The staff all get the balance of attentive & friendly right. If we needed anything they seemed to arrive at just the right time.
