Very pleasant hotel. Good selection for breakfast. Clean and friendly staff., soft furnishings in reception are a bit worn

Kent is a region of rolling hills, fragrant orchards and vast vineyards. Its coastline is over 350 miles in length and many of its cities such as Dover and Canterbury are world famous for their historical treasures and ancient monuments. Areas like the Romney Marsh are renowned wildlife preserves, and Kent basically has so much to offer that visitors flood into the county throughout the year. There are plenty of great accommodation options too, including excellent guesthouses and family-run B&Bs. But for a really indulgent break in the Garden of England, you might like to book in to a hotel with a pool on your next visit for a bit of extra luxury.
The sorts of hotels in Kent that have a pool, either outdoor or indoor depending on the season, are most often to be found either close to city centres or else as spa hotels out in the countryside. If you're close to the attractions in a city like Canterbury that will clearly add interest to your visit. Equally, the Kent countryside is famous for its outdoor activities, and with a hotel with pool along the Kent coastline you'll have easy access to a range of water sports too. Many visitors find that hotels with pools offer a generally higher level of personalised service than many of their more regular counterparts, and this is another good reason for choosing such an establishment.
VIPs such as company executives are forever on the move flitting between clients, meetings and conferences, and on a work-related visit to Kent they'll need all the necessary facilities to carry on functioning effectively. This typically involves access to high-speed broadband as a basic service, and Kent hotels with pools will provide this and other necessary facilities. But access to a pool and spa facilities can be a great attraction too for the travelling company rep, as an aid to alertness and relaxation. There's nothing like an early morning dip and a workout to get you ready for an important function! Many of these hotels such as Eastwell Manor in Ashford have on-site fitness equipment to get your heart pumping and your pulse racing!
