"The property is on lovely green grounds and feels much further out of the city than it is. Staff is a bit hit and miss, and so is the service.
The beef and lime sorbet in their RGs restaurant was excellent but, given the price point, the restaurant environment could do with some investment in ambiance and personality.
I didn't experiment with the
pool and spa but will be back for that. "

"This was a little get away without being too far from London. This was such a gem, beautiful location, had a
pool, sauna steam room and experience shower to use. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Need plates and cutlery for our take away and restaurant was most accommodating. Had a wedding with loud music a floor below us but couldn’t hear a thing once in our room. Would stay again!! "
