Drinks are served in small single use plastic cups, iced drinks are filled with air, sitting arrangements in the lounge are very uncomfortable and once again you need to use small drink cups if you want to take snacks over to said couches. "Rooms need better maintenance, and cleaning... We had some problems- no key to the room, TV was not working. "Great hotel in an excellent location — right by the beach. The rooms are very clean, and we stayed in a one-bedroom suite that was spacious enough for a family of four. The breakfast area was spotless, and the food was delicious. Parking is conveniently located right next to the hotel for just 61 shekels, with unlimited in-and-out access. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service at the front desk, especially from Sean, who made our experience even better. Highly recommend!"
