My luggage got lost but what probably seemed like a little to them ment so much to me. The gave me a razor a tooth brush and robe belt. When have been flying 19 hours a shave a clean teeth makes you feel human. My pants kept falling down without my belt, when asked the staff if they had a piece of string they found a robe tie and gave it to me, no charge. It’s was such a small thing but I just felt like the cared. I know they ask you to score 1-10 for how well they did but the score give the staff is of the chart. Can’t say enough about the place location and accommodations. Highly recommend!!!!!!"
