First time, First good impression
Flight delayed over 2 hours and no explaination or apology given.
The flight was delayed to Cologne because of the bad weather. We missed our connection to Budapest but luckely they found another flight to our destination.
On my last Eurowings flight everyone was given drink and snack. This time only those who had pre-booked did. Surely a complimentary soft drink would be possible?
Staff very down to earth.
Good seat space considering Im 6ft 4 and its a basic seat, it was very comfortable.
Does what it says on the adverts. Overall you do what you say you will. The definition of quality in my books
